Fulfillment Policy

Thank you for choosing ALOM Estates (“Resort,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we process reservations, fulfill services, handle cancellations, and manage refunds for bookings made through https://www.alomestates.com, https://book.alomestates.com, and any related services we provide (collectively, the “Website”).

Operators: ALOM Estates is operated by Great Life Developments, LLC, (d/b/a Great Life Management) a Wyoming limited liability company, and its affiliated property management company Oasis Alom Ltd, a Belizean corporation (collectively, “Resort Operators”).

1. Service Fulfillment

The Resort Operators provide the following services:

Luxury boutique accommodations on Ambergris Caye, Belize
Golf cart rentals (optional add-on)
Concierge services coordinating local excursions with independent third-party vendors
Complimentary use of kayaks, paddleboards, and waterfront amenities

Fulfillment Timeline:

Your reservation is considered fulfilled once payment is successfully processed and a booking confirmation email is issued.
Additional amenities (such as golf carts and excursions) are fulfilled during your stay based on your selections.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Notice	Refund Amount
60 days or more before arrival	Full refund minus 10% processing fee
Less than 60 days before arrival	No refund (100% of reservation total is charged)
No-shows	No refund (100% of reservation total is charged)

Important Notes:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to reservations@alomestates.com.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of cancellation approval.
Excursions and third-party services may have separate cancellation policies. The Resort Operators are not responsible for refunds related to third-party bookings or vendor cancellations.

3. Changes to Reservations

Reservation modifications (e.g., date changes) are subject to availability and approval by the Resort Operators.
Requests for changes must be submitted via email and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

4. Guest Responsibilities

By booking through the Website, guests agree to:

Review all booking details carefully.
Understand and accept the cancellation and refund terms outlined in this Fulfillment Policy.
Comply with the Resort Operators’ rules, policies, and procedures during their stay.

5. Pricing and Currency

All prices listed on the Website and in booking confirmations are stated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

Guests are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.

6. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, the Resort Operators may offer promotional discounts, special offers, or promo codes applicable to reservations made through the Website.

All promotions are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise specified:

Promotions are valid only for the time period stated in the offer.
Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings.
Promotions may have blackout dates, minimum stay requirements, or other restrictions.
Only one promotion or discount code may be applied per booking.
The Resort Operators reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time without prior notice.

Guests are responsible for entering valid promo codes at the time of booking. If a promo code is not entered correctly, the promotional discount will not be applied, and no adjustments will be made after the booking is completed.
